Hi

I am having trouble with a reliable service from talktalk and have times when the internet slows and pages fail to load and restart is all I can do and for example just now the router is flashing amber light on and off no internet service and restart after restart doesn’t work to restore an internet connection 

please advise and supply an updated new router to restore reliable internet service from talktalk.

I have been with pipex for years with a reliable service and when talktalk took over the pipex company I have remained a loyal customer but the service has not been maintained and I am looking for a reliable solution now please.

@popscon, that one hasn't been receiving updates to firmware for quite a while and is no longer supplied by Talktalk. 

 

A new one will be the Sagemcom brand.

 

Staff are back on here in the morning to follow up.

Sorry I should have said- the router is the DG8041W Echolife Homegateway hardware version 1.1.01 software version 1.05t
