For the third day I'm without phone & broadband. 

The connection test tells me there is a network fault which is being worked on. 

Can you please confirm that this is the case, thank you

@Budgie-TT, it does sound as though the problem with the network is affecting your service. 

 

Unfortunately there won't be staff support on here before Monday.
