The process of getting the service running has been a catalog of errors.
You need to do better talk talk. Handing people from support team to support team is not a way to manage customers or resolve the faults.

Hi Michelle,
I am having real issues trying to cancel the service. Was told I could not do through chat last night. Was put on automated queue for a call back - no call back.
Called this morning, got through to retention, have been on hold for 10 mins !
Can you help me cancel ?
