No internet and can’t find any way to talk to and actual human

My internet is down and for the past hour I’ve been wasting time on the worst website in the world.

thw light is solid orange and I’ve done everything bar speaking to somebody to check the line.

I'm really sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which hasn't detected any faults and the line is showing in sync and connected.

 

Is this working ok now?
