I had no internet for 6 days. Reported this and got the stock brush off. "An engineer will have a look in 3 days ". Kept reporting this and finally on day 6 it was fixed. Then I was billed for the whole amount. I have emailed several times but no answer just the usual automated response. How can I get through to talk talk for them to sort this.

If auto compensation is applicable it will be applied 30 days after the fault was fixed,
What date was the fault logged?
