My internet has been on and off all day ...more off than on. It's currently solid amber on the router. However it's also unusually solid white for long periods but with no connection. Your page says there is a fault at your end. I need internet to work and my partner is disabled and needs it for some equipment. This lack of internet has been happening with increasing frequency - I really need it sorting quickly please.
