Morning

I am unable to access the NordVPN website and need to for work quite urgently. I have followed all the obvious solutions (flush cache, try another browser, restart, check firewall, etc) without any success. Can you help?

Thank you.

Hi all

A couple of restarts and all working fine - thank you so much for your very speedy and helpful advice.

Hi Richard no problems, could you snap a screenshot of the Dns page in your router and post it here?

Either that or @Chris-TalkTalk should be able to give better advice during tomorrow.

Hi again

I have a DG8041W router - does that require different instructions? I’ve added 8.8.8.8 under the DNS server but no difference with NordVPN (still inaccessible).

Apologies if I’m being dumb!

Hi Divsec

Windows laptop and I’ve tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox with the same result.

It opens on phone data, so I guess it’s the router?

Re 8.8.8.8, do I enter that into the router as a static DNS?

And thank you for suggesting!

Best

Hi RFLS2006,

How are you getting on, have you tried Divsec suggestions?

Hi @RFLS2006 you don't mention O/S nor device?

Have you tried accessing on your phone, both WiFi. and sim data?

Also try changing dns settings 8.8.8.8 for Google?
