Hi there,
I would like to chat to someone about cancelling renewal of my contract as it is due to expire next month.
I was hoping to contact someone over live chat but I don't see anywhere to start the live chat.
I visited the Broadband Help page here:

I don't see the option to start the live chat with an agent on the page.
I have ad-blocker/popup-blocker disabled on both Firefox and Chrome web browser.
Can someone help please?

If you refresh the page the live chat blue button will appear, it will only appear when there is an agent available.
