Hi There
I am using Talktalk broadband from last 8 months and since starting I am not able to connect to my office network. I tried connecting my laptop at my friend's place and with my mobile and it works fine.
Couple of my friends also tried to connect there laptop using my TalkTalk broadband and they are also not able to connect to VPN.
I was doing some reading and came to know that this has to do with the router which I am having.
I would like to request to replace router with the new one as it has solved the issue for other customers as well. Please find attached evidence for the same.

Hi Debbie, Thank you for your help in this. I got the router this morning and tried connecting to VPN as well and it's working absolutely fine with new router. Thank you so much for your help in this.

I have ordered you a different make and model of router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

I am having D-Link model DSL-3782 router.
and we are using NBS Standard VPN and VPN type is IKEv2.
