I signed up for talk talk and my go live date was yesterday, I waited the entire day, but nothing happened. No email or text from talk talk. Today on live chat the agent has mentioned something about open exception and bridge -case. Which I don’t know about. They have asked me now to wait until 24th of October. This is highly disappointing. The cellular connection in my apartment sucks. I have loads of important stuff piled up that needs active internet .

Really sorry for the problems, The issue has been raised to OpenReach and a bridge case has been raised to get this fixed ASAP the next update is the 24th. 

 

You will be entitled to Automatic compensation due to this delay.

There are no staff on here at weekends, @Areeba.

 

If you complete your community forum profile details they'll be able to take a look at this on Monday. But they may be limited in what they can do, if it's an Openreach problem (which can happen with any provider that uses these lines).

 

Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....complete Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
