Good evening.
I have noticed lately that my router isn't quite up to scratch. For example I'd be upstairs and my signal would drop out and also when I'm trying to watch programs on for example Iplayer and it doesn't always connect and have to relogin to get it to work. I've had this router for several years now and I'm wondering if I need a replacement. The model is an Huawei HG633

Hi @Russell2309 thanks for that, your landline number is requested as tt use it as an account identifier. They will not be phoning you. All forum communications are by reply in the forum or private message (pm) for confidential stuff. 😉
