Hi, 

 

I am trying to connect to a PPTP VPN to allow me to work from home but it would seem this is blocked by Talktalk, can any9ne help?

Then click on the start a topic button in blue.

Please return to the message board and click on start a topic which is near the top of that page.

 

You also need to complete your community forum profile details for Talktalk staff to identify your account. Please go via your avatar; add your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal IInformation in the settings area; SAVE CHANGES.

Hello, I'm having the same issue. this is the third time it happens. I have just renewed my contract and it has stopped working again! Can someone please help me as I cant seem to see how to start a new topic?

Hi Debbie,

 

I'm hoping you can assist me.

 

I have the same issue as mentioned in the below post.

Please could you or a member of the Talk Talk team arrange for my router firmware to be update as soon as possible as I believe this will resolve my issue.

I did originally log this with support but it has never happened.

Yes I'm sorry about this, unfortunately the issue hasn't been resolved yet and the latest information that we have (from earlier today) is that it should be resolved within two weeks. I'm sorry but there's no alternative router that we can send

Has there been any update from the product team? Is there an alternative router that can be used to resolve the issue? I really need a resolution on this ASAP so in the absence of any movement I'll need to looker ay alternative providers.

Has there been any update on this? I really need this resolved in order to work from home or will need to look for an alternative ISP that allows PTPP VPN connections.
