@bassman316, please add your Talktalk landline number to your community forum profile details for TT staff to identify your account. 

 

If not sure of it, check through Service Centre or your My Account, as it will be detailed there. 

 

To complete your community forum profile, go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard. 

 

I'll make sure that your thread is in the queue for attention.  Staff will reply during the day. 

 

Any notification emails will be from a No Reply address. 

 

Leave your router switched on meanwhile, and check back on here for a response.
