My broadband over the last week has got progressively slower and now showing 2mbps on a speed test. It also keeps dropping out ocassionaly and got to the point where i turn wifi off on phone just so i can get internet. Why is this happening

We've received an update from Openreach to advise that they have cleared and closed the fault. How is your connection now?

Morning,
Thank you. I've run a test on the line now which has detected a potential external line fault so I've raised this over to Openreach now for investigation. We'll continue to monitor for updates for you.
