Hi my talk talk powerline adapters appear to have developed a fault one has no lights anymore . Could I be eligible for a replacement set please as I bought from talk talk

I'm really sorry about this.

 

We've now been advised that this order has been cancelled as we are now unable to send the powerline adapter.

 

We are unable to send out any replacements for this. Apologies again.

I've ordered a replacement for you, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

 

You should also receive a returns bag for the faulty powerline adapter. Please let us know how you get on.
