I noticed today that my price has increased, I also noticed that my contract ended on 10/ January/ 2024, I have been searching cheaper deals and been offered far cheaper prices, is there any chance you could offer me a cheaper deal before I change to a new provider

Staff here cannot negotiate renewals. You will need to phone and speak to the loyalty team. They also hold the best deals so it's worth the call.
