I work for New Forest District Council. There is currently an issue where I am unable to connect to our security system (which allows me to work from home). Our IT department have identified that this is linked to the service provider TalkTalk who are actively blocking the ability for staff to work from home via a secure connection. I understand from previous experiences that my router needs firmware updates and to address it here in this post forum. I am currently using my mobile as a hotspot which isn't ideal as it drains my battery and data.
