Howdy! I was away for a month and a big storm rolled through and blew out a window, which happened to be where the router was sitting. My neighbours called me to report my window and router making a run for it into the night together.
Could I request a replacement? The thing was old anyway so maybe it dispatching itself did me a favour. Unfortunately, I don't have the old one to send back (I saw something in the last replacement router thread about a return bag so, figured to say that won't be necessary/possible) as I have no idea where it went (it may have been cleaned up along with the window remnants), and I assume it would be water and fall damaged anyway.
I don't actually know my TalkTalk number off the top of my head, but I assume with my real name on my profile (it's not the same as my username FYI), I'd be possible to find the details of? If not I'll update my profile with the number if/when I can find it.
Thanks!

@Aleksis_Kirby, if you don't know your phone number, put in your Talktalk account number - it shows up in all your billing notification emails, so should be easy to find.
