I have recieved a replacement router today and on unpacking it I have found the stand to be broken. What do I do about getting it replaced?

They'll have to replace the whole thing, @FarmingMartin.
You'll need to return the broken one in a returns bag, which staff will supply, if you can't see one in the box it came in.
Staff will respond during the day, Monday to Friday.
