Replacement router

Ho , sadly my router is not working and hasn't been since Wednesday. I have reported the fault and gone through online and on the phone all of the checks to ascertain that the line is ok but the router is not. I simply now need a replacement router.  I have an engineer who is coming out to check that it is indeed the router which is faulty despite the undeniable evidence that it is. The appointment is for 6 days from now. I am in despair as I need to be online every day for work.  How can I get a replacement please can anyone help ?

I've ordered the replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

The support team here will be back tomorrow and will be able to take a look at this for you. If they agree that a replacement router is required they may be able to arrange that for you.
