Sorry that you wish to leave. 

 

You need to request the new provider to take over the line, unless you are moving to Virgin Media in which case you will need to call us on  03451720088 advise them you want to cancel it will be placed to complete 30 days after you call.

EXACTLY what services do you have with TT and are they over the phone line or full fibre ?

 

Are you still in contract ?
