what kind of games are you playing?
I have been trying to contact your C.S department in order to terminate my contract as I am moving Country of residence and all is good, until i mention that I need to terminate the contract.
Lots of holding on the phone, over 18 mins each, and every single time for 2 days now, when I mention what I want , the service goes down.
Then the lines drop, no one is listening, your representatives say "we cannot hear you"
What kind of games is that ?
Do I need to go to the press and ombudsman to do something that easy?
This is UNACCAPTABLE

Sorry to hear this. I would personally suggest that you write a termination letter and send it recorded delivery by post. Take your time to state all the facts clearly. Resolver is a good free website with templates etc.
