Hi ,my name is Abdelghani Elturki, 55 Park View Road. 

I received email from TalkTalk regarding outstanding balance. I am now outside UK and and my 18th month contract already expired in November 2024 and I am already paid all bills (please note you billing me twice in August 2024 on the 2nd of August and on the end of August)and because I am outside UK 🇬🇧 I can't calling you and I don't need to renew my contract, that's why I cancelled my bank account. So please can check my payment on August and cancel my contract. 

Please note in the beginning of contract I choice to inform me before renew the contract.

Hi @Abdelghani2009 unless you actually have cancelled Talktalk will put you on a rolling contract which still needs to be terminated, but without penalties. your post has been escalated and you should hear soon.  In the meantime please check your community profile and add your landline number and/or account number so your account can be identified. Please don't post personal information here.
