Replacement router

Is it possible to have a replacement sagemcom fast 5364 router. No lights on current router and been through various tests with customer support with no results. Power checked cables checked line checked so must be u/s router.

Surprised support didn't order a new router for you there and then, they should be able to arrange that for you.
