Replacement router

I have recently moved back in to my home after some building works where done but it appears that my router has been lost/misplaced.

 

Is there a way I can request/order a new router (the link to purchase a new one didn’t work on the website)?  What is the turnaround time for these as I need to be set up to work from home on Monday.
