Request for a new Router

My router (old Post Office branded one, so 4+ years old) has stopped working in its entirety. It has stopped powering on completely and has no lights on.

 

Please can I request that you send me a new one asap?

I was a Post office broadband customer and was migrated over to shell broadband. Then, when TalkTalk bought Shell broadband, my account was further migrated onto TalkTalk.
