@bernadette56, don't put any personal information that's going to indicate where you live etc in the public thread.
If you have completed your community forum profile details, staff will have all the information they need to identify your account and your address etc.
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu; complete as required in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
Staff will respond during the day.
