My company Cisco AnyConnect VPN will no longer connect through my TalkTalk router. I have tried to connect through another (neighbours) broadband which works correctly.

Our Devices Team have asked if you are able to confirm your VPN Protocol/SW Version, as this will help our Devices Team with their investigations.

Yes that's fixed it.

Yes will do. I'm on my work laptop via a hotspot so will need to disconnect first.
