Retention Deal

Hi,

 

I was offered a retention deal, but I was at work and busy, said I would look elsewhere. After looking around I think I might stay, but when I called back they said that the offer had never been offered to me and that if I had any offers, it would be under the My Account section online. I haven't been offered a retention deal though My Account. Any ideas how I can get the deal i was originally offered? Thanks

@kay1703, most offers have to be taken up there and then. It can vary from agent to agent on the same day.

Phone and speak to the loyalty team as they hold the best deals available but they do change regularly
