Return router bag not delivered

I closed my Talktalk account and gave a forwarding address as I've moved house, however I still haven't received a bag with which to return my old router. How long does this usually take and could one be sent out to me please?

Thanks, I've ordered the returns bag, it should be with you within 5 working days

Add your new address in the Private Notes section of Personal Information, @Danwilson877 .

 

Go via your avatar; settings, drop down menu....complete the information for your old address, so Talktalk phone number or account number etc.

 

The new address must go further down, in Private Notes. 

 

Scroll down further to SAVE CHANGES.
