My contract came to an end and I have been disconnected. Apparently I’m supposed to receive a return bag and instructions by post but I haven’t received anything.
ive read on Talk Talks return procedure that ‘I may not’ receive a bag but if I don’t return the equipment I ‘might’ get a £50 fine.
the equipment is here ready to go. Can I be informed that I’m receiving a return bag and if not I’m not going to be fined please.
