I cancelled a Broadband contract nearly a year ago, but never received a pre paid bag to return the equipment, which is unused. How can I order a pre paid bag ?

You will need to add the correct address to the private notes section of your community profile.

@timnob1, make sure that you have the correct address showing in your community forum profile.
It doesn't appear to have been completed, but if staff are just referring to the related account, and that was for setting up the service in the care home, all correspondence will go there.
Please add your own address in Private Notes, near the end of Personal Information after going via your avatar; settings; ....finish by clicking on the button lower down still, for SAVE CHANGES.

Hi Chris the bag to return unused equipment has not been received. It should be sent to my home address, not the address of the care home where the system was to be set up., as my mother in law has since died and is no longer at the home
