Hi have received a new router and need to return my existing one which nolonger works. I have been told I need to return the old one but have not received a returns bag. How do I obtain a bag.

Can you please update your community profile to include your:

 

  • Name
  • Telephone number
  • Alternative contact number

We'll then look into this further. Please do not post this information on this thread. Once you've updated your profile please post in your topic to confirm it's updated.

Hi @LittleE the return things "should" be included with the router, obviously not the case this time. The team here will sort that for you.
