here are the details for my router
Hardware version:
H.1.01
Software version:
v1.20ttb
Is this on the latest version?
The internet is slow and the wifi keeps dropping out.
I have reset the router it has no effect.

Hi
We can only support residential customers and update a residential HG633 to V2 firmware. I'm not sure what the latest version of Business firmware is available. You will need to contact TalkTalk Business directly to have them update the router.
