Router fault

My router seems to have a faulty Wan socket, I've try new cables but it's definitely the wan input. Internet is on off constantly unless the cable held at a specific angle. It's fiber 160 with latest router.

Does Talk Talk replace them or is it me, hopefully not the later as the price hike on my service is ridiculous!

I see that you've tried to post about this over the past month, @mramaden1969. Unfortunately your topics didn't escalate into the queue for attention from staff.
