Hi, I've reported a fault now active under reference 11186335. The problem is weird. The router is a DG8041W-2.T5 kindly supplied by TT when my contract was renewed 21/01/ 2022.
It connects to the Internet perfectly and the WiFi works fine. What does not work at all are the LAN sockets which give no access at all.
I have reset the router, by holding the reset button in for thirty seconds, releasing, and allowing the router to reboot, but the problem persists. What I would appreciate is a replacement router. Please could these details be passed on to Service/Support team? Thank you.
