Hi community support, I have an old D-Link-DSL-3782 router, which doesn't provide strong signal to parts of my home. Am I able to request a new router that will have an up to date design? Thank you

Hi Tod_1960,

How are you getting on, do you still need assistance?

Hi Tod_1960,

If the router doesn't seem to be performing as well as it has in the past, have you tried resetting it to factory default settings?

Hi @Tod_1960 you can request but it might not be accepted. Modern design doesn't guarantee better performance.

Regardless your post has been escalated and you should hear soon.  In the meantime please check your community profile and add your landline number and/or account number so your account can be identified. Please don't post personal information here.

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries. Don't worry we still have plenty of ways to reach out if you need to speak to TalkTalk directly. For more details check out the link here: How to contact TalkTalk Broadband - Help & Support.
