hi, I need a new router. Can't get through to anyone on online chat or phone. Are there any staff here that can help? thank you.

hi Keith,

 

Thanks for replying. The router is Huawei-DG8041W . I had to restart it as it kept flashing red and white light but now it won't stay on. The power button seems to be the problem.

Please can you explain why you need a new router, what is wrong with the old one (make/model please)?
