Why have I still got a shell router when I’ve been migrated to talk talk 2months ago ? anyone know answer or in same situation?

Unless your router is faulty your existing one will continue to work and does not need replacing.
The infrastructure used by Shell was provided by TalkTalk so no upgrade is needed.
If you have an issue with your broadband then you will be best to raise it here so staff can look into and run diagnostics.
Commercially, it would not be viable for TalkTalk to replace all Shell routers when they are working.
