My router hasn't worked for the last 4 days. My line has been tested. Been on chat wirh colleague for over an hour and still no outcome. When I use a really old router everything is fine.  But it's not a fibre router.  How can this be fixed or a new router sent ?

No we were fine. My router has been flashing orange for the last 4 days . I've been on with colleagues for over an hour and they havechecked everything.  But to no avail.

Did you have the storms a few days ago? 

 

Glad you have the old router to keep you going till the staff here get things sorted for you. It will be tomorrow now before you hear.
