Hi, 

I've had an email about my router not getting any more updates, I've checked the list and HG635 is on there, please could you send me a new router, thank you

I've ordered you a replacement router, please allow 24-48hrs for this to arrive.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and replace it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent, you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.


The TalkTalk Community has now moved to a peer-to-peer support model. This means that the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
