Hi Chris, yes - I'll switch the router off at noon and will restart it at 12:30. I've also relaxed the router's firewall settings incase that's affecting connectivity from your side (now set to low).

Thanks for updating your profile. I'm unable to communicate with your router at the moment so if it's convenient, could you switch it off and leave it off for at least 30 minutes then switch back on and let me know when you've done this
