We.ve been battling with our Sagem Router version SG4K100136 to get it to stop using the same Wi-Fi Channels as our next-door neighbour (Ch 1 on 2.4GHz, and 36 on 5GHz), but every time we set it to Ch 11 on 2.4GHz, and 52 on 5GHz it is reset to 1 and 36 the next norning.
How can we stop this?

Just fired-up my Wi-Fi Analyser, and the Hub has not (yet) reset from my choices of Channels 11 and 52 - so far so good.

P.S. Woukld it not make sense for the developers to allow users to turn "Wi-Fi Optimisation" on or off - save you a lot of effort for a start?

Apologies again, the WIFI optimisation should select the least busiest channels but on occasions we have had reports of this not selecting the correct channels, this has been fed back to the team.

Why would "Optimisation" select the two busiest channels to reset to - surely the opposite of optimisation?

I've switched the WIFI optimisation off, please can you monitor the connection over the next 48hrs and let us know how it compares?
