We have been told we need to upgrade our Router. We have had it for a few years and whilst it is still testing properly my wife has been having problems with e-mails on her i-pad, and a visit to local experts resulted in her being told that it was not considered secure and needed to be re-configured to WPA2[AES] or WPA 3.
How do I get a new router, and at what cost? My enquiry on the Chat line was not understood by the receiver.

Which make/model of TalkTalk router do you have? Most have supported WPA2 Personal with AES encryption for ages.
