Good morning,

Our speed has dropped from approx 35 Mbps to 8 Mbps.

Have done the usual tests and reboot.

Please can someone investigate.

Openreach have cleared the fault by repair to an external line joint.

I can see that this fault has been assigned to a line engineer this morning.

 

We should hopefully have further updates from Openreach later this afternoon.

I'm sorry to hear this.

 

I've completed a line test which has detected a potential line fault.

 

I have passed this fault straight over to Openreach to be investigated by a line engineer. We should receive further updates from Openreach within the next 48-72hrs.
