Good Morning,
Normally we get a download speed of nearly 3mbps via a wired connection, but for the last few weeks we’ve been closer to 1.5mbps. It's very stable but obviously the drop makes a difference at these speeds. Tests are with no other appliances connected and all sockets have filters. The landline is working fine. We’ve just changed to the new Wi-Fi hub today as part of a renewed plan and the coverage is great but the speed hasn’t improved, which makes me think it’s a line issue.
Last time someone reset the line and optimised DLM for us which worked great. Is it possible to do that again please?
Thanks in advance,
Richard

Hi Richard
Apologies for this.
I've optimised the connection and the sync speed has increased from 2mb to 3.5mb.
Please can you monitor the connection/speed over the next few days to see how it compares.
Thanks
Debbie

Hi Keith,
Yes no change at the master socket. We’ve had this before where the speed slows down for some reason then a line reset solves the issue. Hoping it’s the same solution this time.
Thanks,
Richard

Have you tried this with the router temporarily connected to the test socket with a new microfilter (or a known good one)? This is located behind the master socket's removable faceplate.
