Recently I have been getting slow internet speeds between 3-5 when I was getting around 35 and I have ran a connection check and it has came up with a fault has been detected, I have tried to book an open reach engineer but the page isn’t looking for me, any help would be appreciated

Everything sorted and went well, fault was detected outside and the open reach worker was quick to fix it, and internet speed has gone back to how it was, thanks for the help

Make sure that your Personal Information details are completed, in your community profile, for them to identify your account.
Go via your avatar; settings; drop down menu....put your Talktalk phone number or account number in Personal Information. SAVE CHANGES.
