I've not been able to connect to my SonicWall Global VPN client today (which I use for work). It was working last Tuesday (17th September) and I have not tried to login since (until this morning).

 

As far as I know, there have been no changes to my router settings and the VPN config remains the same as it was and works when tethered to my mobile data, just not when connected to the router.

 

I really need to resolve this as I work remotely, please can somebody help me to troubleshoot this issue?

If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond when they are back online in the morning.
