There is clearly - given the number of posts a Google search reveals - an issue with the Cisco AnyConnect process and TalkTalk. My company's IT support have confirmed they have received a large number of calls on this very subject from the beginning of this week. I have tried a complete restart of my router, pressed the reset button for thirty seconds, all with no success.

Where is the page detailing what is clearly a widespread problem, or is it TalkTalk's intention to try and give the impression that is only a specific problem for an individual?

Where do I get regularly updated information on how this is being resolved?

TalkTalk team,

Please help me regarding this exact issue. I tried to connect to my works server/VPN today via Cisco and I was blocked as my router/VPN is not being recognised. I have spoken to the help team at talktalk who have not rectified this at all. I have been unable to work today due to this. Please are you able to help me too urgently as I am meant to be remote working again this Monday. Thank you.

I don't know what piece of genius you applied, or what rabbit was pulled out of the hat, but.... it's working! it's working!
I've genuinely never been happier to be able to work than now... I think.

Regardless of all that, thank you thank you thank you... super-very-much appreciated!

With respect, this is one of the many other posts on this subject:
https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/Broadband/Work-Cisco-Anyconnect-VPN-does-not-connect/td-p/306438...
The post was made *yesterday*, and it mentions an update "later today".
Given the scale of this issue, and it's now at least day three... why is there no specific page detailing what is happening rather than a scattering of community posts?
