Speed of internet down to 18mbps on fibre 65

Internet router keeps dropping and when it does work I am only getting download of 18mbps, also when I try to test speed I am told a fault has been logged.

That was at 0900hrs and no update has been received ?

as far as dropouts are concerned the router seems to be stable today so far

Test over wifi.

All devices were dropping out at the same time as router was flashing orange and silver lights.

Hi

 

Tests are clear and sync speed is fine, so not seeing an issue remotely.

 

Are you testing speeds wired or over Wi-Fi ?

 

Do all devices drop connection or just one etc ?
